Raise funds and do something special by taking part in The Big Bake

Whether you’re crazy about cakes, passionate about pies, or just fancy raising a little dough for Child Bereavement UK, here are a few fundraising ideas.

Bake sale

Sweet or savoury, bought or baked, it really doesn’t matter. Hosting a pop-up bakery is a great way to spread a little cheer whilst raising funds.

Dough for doughnuts

Keep it simple and bring doughnuts to sell to friends or colleagues at break time or over lunch. Even better, ask your local supermarket to donate them to increase funds raised. 

It’s competition time for schools

Encourage aspiring bakers in your class by hosting a bake-off style challenge. Charge entrants a fee and award a baking related prize to the winner.

Afternoon tea at home/Office coffee morning

Host a special tea or coffee morning and charge a set fee or ask for donations in return for a selection of tasty treats.
